Twitter/X Tweet Details API
One tweet as JSON — text, author (followers), likes/replies/retweets/quotes, media, ISO publishedAt.
GET request to /v1/twitter/tweet-details that responds with clean JSON and costs 1 credit. Pass cache=true for a free 24h cache hit; default is always fresh. Start with 100 free credits — no credit card. What is the Twitter/X Tweet Details API?
Paste a tweet URL and get clean JSON using the same tweet contract as Search and User Tweets: text, language, ISO-8601 publishedAt, author (username, displayName, verified, profileImage, followers when exposed), engagement always shaped as {views, likes, replies, retweets, quotes, bookmarks} (null when Twitter omits a metric), isReply / isRetweet, hashtags[], and media[]. Guest GraphQL TweetResultByRestId fills views/bookmarks when available; otherwise we hydrate retweets/quotes/followers from the popular timeline / profile. Flat 1 credit per call.
What you get
- Same engagement{} shape as search (6 keys; null when omitted)
- ISO-8601 publishedAt
- author.followers + isRetweet / hashtags[] / media[]
- Flat 1 credit per call
