What is the Rumble Comments API?

Paste a Rumble video URL and get top-level comments as clean JSON: id, text, author{name,url,verified}, likes, replyCount, publishedAt (ISO-8601 UTC parsed from a.comments-meta-post-time title=, e.g. Friday, July 17, 2026 08:33 AM -04 — minute precision; relative textContent like 2 weeks ago is never returned). createdAt is not emitted. Flat 2 credits.
